Sharing is Caring

Smart Strength's heart is the ability to share your workouts with anyone, not just people who have a Smart Strength account. This is a strange feature compared to other websites that force you to sign up before you can view their content.

The web was created to share information with the world, but websites quickly put up walled gardens to coerce money out of new visitors—a troll bridge where a traveller must cross a palm with silver or personal data.

My physio is not the most tech-savvy, but he knows how to watch a video. When you share your workout with a stranger, they will not be asked to sign up before viewing it. This means you can get advice from everyone, not just people that belong to an inner circle behind a walled garden.

Sharing workouts on Smart Strength is different to your highlights reel on Instagram. People can get a complete picture of your training.

Were those Squats high because you are still learning or tired because you did some exercises before? Maybe you're carrying an injury.

More context will help others help you and may even help them on their fitness journey.
